It’s just a burning memory

This faux photo book titled ‘It’s just a Burning Memory’ is the final piece of my 2nd to last college project on the theme of memory. The book is comprised of oil painted recreations of my old family photographs, which slowly deteriorate before burning. The book symbolises the gradual deterioration of memory experienced due to diseases such as dementia or Alzhiemer’s, bringing awareness and understanding to such illnesses.
