About Me

Based in Havant, Hampshire, I’ve always loved to create, write, and draw and I’ve even acted in community theatre (Via Theatre for Life in Southampton). Although I’ve always loved to create, I didn’t always want to be an artist. This changed when I got diagnosed with scoliosis at age 10, and later had spinal fusion surgery at 14- my physical health was majorly impacted, which lead me to draw and paint more during that time, which leads me to where I am today.

I was home-schooled until the age of 16, constantly drawing and painting in that time. I enrolled in the City of Portsmouth college, where I completed my Maths and English GCSE’s, alongside a UAL Level 3 diploma in general Art and Design, where I received the overall grade of a high-merit.

Much of my artwork relates to the human experience, something I’m drawn to often as a Christian, always trying to understand and feel the emotions of those around me and myself, and express it creatively.

In my personal life, I’m inspired greatly by musicians like Radiohead and Oasis; Independent film makers on platforms like Youtube; Sci-fi content, like Star Wars and The hitchhikers guide to the galaxy book series; and artists like Sophie Pearson and Anna-Laura Sullivan. And I usually play videogames and work on my own passion projects in my free time.
